If you are not satisfied with your order, you always have the right to return it.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt. Send the completed return form together with the invoice with the shipment. If this form is not fully completed, we cannot process the return request .

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition and must be provided with labels and tags. The product must not show any signs of use. We reserve the right to seduce suspect items if there is a suspicion that the items are used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Refunds

Once the product is received, it will be exchanged as soon as possible or the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, please resubmit your application first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you've done all of this and you still haven't received your refund, please contact our customer service team.

Terms and Conditions

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non- refundable.
  • Products such as underwear, lingerie, tights and care products do not fall under the return policy of Chic Nederland due to hygiene. These products cannot be accepted and will not be processed.
  • Please ensure you receive a track and trace code for your return (at your own expense).
  • Email on the day of shipment of a photo of the track and trace code.
  • The return form must be printed and included in the package.
  • The product must be returned unused.
  • The product must be delivered in the original packaging.
  • The product will be checked for damage caused by the customer, so sending a damaged product caused by your own fault will not be processed.
